Okay now it's time to arm yourself with knowledge, so let's get started. I will give you body shape fashion tips and tricks for each body shape, and help you learn what to and not to wear. Each body type will have its own fashion do's and don't checklist, so if you wanted to you could print it out, and take it shopping with you.

Do's and Don'ts

The Pear Shape Figure
  • Your upper body is noticeably smaller than your lower body.
  • If you were to gain weight, most of it would go to your hips and thighs.

The Apple Shape Figure
  • Your upper body is noticeably larger than your lower body.
  • If you were to gain weight, most of it would go to your waistline.

The Hourglass-Shaped Figure
  • You're very curvy with a clearly defined waist.
  • If you were to gain weight, it would distribute evenly right to your curves.

The Rectangle-Shaped Figure
  • Your figure is straight up and down,you may have slight curves,but they're not defined.
  • If you were to gain weight,it would distribute evenly throughout your frame.
